The main perspective of the blog is for My Healing Journey to become a better person through' art, spirituality, journal writing healthy lifestyle and much more. So it will help me live with difficulties in life which includes; diabetes (type I), arthritis (psoriatic) and mental health issues (bipolar II disorder & Seasonal Effective Disorder.) and the many other challenges that life sends my way so I become stronger and wiser.

Insulin: Sir Edward Albert Sharpey-Schafer
1910 – Insulin is the name given to the chemical produced by the pancreas. The term insulin was dubbed by Sir Edward Albert Sharpey-Schafer.
