Salads are easier to eat with others especially my husband who luvs it almost equally to chips. :) I am doing much better in including Salads at Supper time but usually eat the leafy part first and finish with the better additional ingredients like tomatoes, cucumbers & peppers (especially the red ones) I have not made other types of salads yet like: pasta, grain salads and the many other tasty options. The following list of websites will include these salads, as an addition to our family food planning, being made at the beginning of the week and spreading it out during the week. Less work that way! :)
