Diabetic-Friendly Cookbooks

I probably will use most recipes on-line, but it would useful to have some Diabetic-Friendly Cookbooks on hand. to help with meal planning for the week and weeks to come.  I always look for used books first (helps to me more environmentally friendly) and if I find them at a thrift store that have a charitable status then its worth it in the end.  Just a warning!  If you get used books, wrap them in a plastic bag and put in the freezer for 24 hrs to make sure you get rid of bed bugs that sometimes make the pages a good breeding home.  I'll be listing other recipe formats found in Magazines, EBooks, Apps and of course books.
